Programs and Services

Guided Hands Foundation offers referrals to emergency shelters and other housing programs. 

Other programming includes mental health and substance abuse referrals, 

financial literacy, life-skills, self advocacy, parenting classes, career development services, clothing/shoes, transportation assistance

 and other resources to meet the needs of clients in our programs.  

Our outreach teams provide services directly or through collaboration with other community agencies.  Services include the following:

Providing food, water, blankets for temporary housing structures,

information and referrals.

Our community is full of people who want to help. In addition to the many initiatives and programs offered, we engage the community to offer additional services. These may include assistance with food pantries, furniture donations, clothing closets, diaper banks, school supplies, uniforms and holiday gift drives.
